One tier applies. Required cancellation rights and the exceptions in the agreement take priority.

1. Parties and agreed work

Outreach Tree Service (the business identified above) and the customer agree to the specific work, property, price, exclusions, cleanup and payment terms shown in the job details. Only the identified trees and services are included. Stump grinding, root removal, replacement planting, utility relocation and repairs are excluded unless expressly included. This agreement becomes effective when the customer signs the job-specific offer issued by Outreach. No work is scheduled solely by reading this template.

2. Access, ownership and preparation

The customer represents that they own the property or are authorized to approve the work, identifies the trees and property boundaries, and discloses known utilities, irrigation, septic systems, underground tanks and other hazards. The customer will arrange agreed access and move vehicles, pets and movable items out of the work area. Outreach is responsible for required utility-location coordination and legally required permits applicable to its work; any customer permit responsibilities must be stated in the job details. Work near energized lines requires coordination with the utility.

3. Price, changes and payment

The agreed job total is the amount shown in the job details, including any stated tax, equipment, hauling and disposal charges. Additional work or price changes require written approval by both parties before that work begins. Deposits and the balance are payable only on the schedule stated above. A signed contract does not charge a card or collect payment. Deposits are credited against the job price or any lawful cancellation amount; the remainder must be returned when required by law.

4. Schedule, weather and safety

Cancellation windows are measured in elapsed hours before the exact scheduled start time shown above, using America/New_York time. Outreach may postpone work for unsafe weather, unsafe site conditions, utility issues or equipment problems, and will communicate a revised time. A revised start time must be confirmed in writing by both parties before new cancellation windows apply. No late-cancellation fee applies when Outreach cancels, when the customer declines a contractor-initiated schedule change, or when work cannot proceed because of a genuine safety or weather condition.

5. Customer cancellation before work begins

More than 48 hours before the scheduled start: no late-cancellation fee. At 48 hours or less, but more than 36 hours before the scheduled start: 15% of the agreed job total. At 36 hours or less before the scheduled start: 25% of the agreed job total. Only one tier applies; the fees are never added together. Notice may be sent by text to 904-999-0471 or email to OutreachTreeService25@gmail.com, or by any legally permitted method. Preserve a copy of the notice. Legally protected cancellation and refund rights always override these fees, including any applicable home-solicitation or cooling-off right. These agreed cancellation amounts are intended to compensate for reserved crew time, scheduling and job preparation, rather than punish the customer. They apply only to the extent lawful and reasonably related to anticipated cancellation losses; this agreement does not establish that any particular fee is legally enforceable. Outreach will provide an invoice for any claimed cancellation amount.

6. Work already started and refunds

If the customer stops work after performance has begun, the parties will document completed work and reasonable, approved job-specific costs. The late-cancellation percentages above apply only before work begins and will not be added to charges for work already performed. Outreach will not collect twice for the same loss. Any deposit will be credited and any refundable balance returned as required by law.

7. Care, cleanup and damage

Outreach will use reasonable care and the agreed methods to protect the property and provide the cleanup described in the job details. Tree work and heavy equipment can affect turf and landscaping; foreseeable impacts and protection measures should be discussed before work. This clause does not release Outreach from liability for negligence, intentional misconduct or rights that cannot legally be waived. Report damage promptly so both parties can document and address it.

8. Written agreement and disputes

The job details, these terms, any applicable cancellation notice and written change orders are the complete agreement. Changes require written agreement by both parties. Florida law applies, subject to mandatory law. The parties will first try to resolve a disagreement directly; neither party gives up any lawful court, consumer-protection or insurance rights. An invalid provision will not invalidate the remaining lawful provisions.

9. Electronic signing and copies

Signing electronically is voluntary. The customer may request a paper agreement by contacting Outreach. By selecting the consent boxes and typing their legal name, the signer adopts that name as their electronic signature and confirms intent to sign the job details and terms displayed. A browser with internet access and the ability to view HTML and print or save a PDF is needed. Before signing, the customer may stop and request paper instead. After signing, the customer can access and save a copy through the private signing link. Outreach retains the agreed details, terms version, signature, consent and server timestamp. The email field is contact information; this system does not verify identity by email or automatically send email.

BUYER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL

This is a home solicitation sale, and if you do not want the goods or services, you may cancel this agreement by providing written notice to the seller in person, by telegram, or by mail.
